Deleting an account

Step-by-step instruction deleting an account in the Alfa CY application

1. Launch the Alfa CY application on the device
2. Open the application menu
   click on the button with three lines in the upper left corner of the screen
3. Log in using your credentials
   Click on the “login” button, enter your phone number, enter the code from SMS or your personal permanent password. If you have previously been authorized in the application, a page with your profile will open
4. Open profile page
5. Delete profile
   At the bottom of the profile page, click on the «Delete profile» button

What types of data will be deleted:

Personal information.

• Name
  – Email address
  – User IDs
• Address
• Phone number
  Financial information
  – Payment details
  – Purchase history
  Messages
  – Email addresses
  – SMS or MMS
  Photos and images
  Contacts
  Application history
  – Installed applications

What types of data will be saved:

Information about the application and data on its operation:
– Error reports

• Diagnostics
  – Other data about the operation of the application
  Shelf life: up to 1 month
